I N G R E D I E N T S :

  • Almonds
  • Dades
  • Chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Almond flour
  • Walnuts
  • Rasped coconut
  • Hennep seeds (optional)


Start cutting your almonds and your dates into quite small pieces. When you feel like they’re small enough to mend togheter easily, throw them in a mixing bowl (as well as the other ingredientes, except for the coconut nips).


Be sure to use soft dates because if they aren’t, it’ll be really hard to reshape them. If you have difficulties with mending all the ingredients togheter, add some melted butter to the substance. If they are too oily/soft/instable, add some more almond flour.

After you’ve mixed it all togheter (I just used as spoon but beware of the intensity this will take) you can start by making little balls of them with the palms of your hands. And for the final touch: roll them in the coconut nips et voilà! You’re done.
